Kent Electrical Contracting are fully qualified to City & Guilds 2391 fixed wiring inspection and testing. All electrical installations at some point have to have a periodic inspection so the condition of the installation can be assessed.

Having a Periodic Inspection Report compiled is a requirement of BS7671 and in the long run can save you money, your home, your business or even someone’s life. A faulty electrical installation can cause fire to your property or even electrocution.

Many people do not realise that most buildings insurance companies stipulate that your electrical system must be looked after and maintained in order for your insurance policy to be valid.

Kent Electrical Contracting can carry out a Periodic Inspection/Electrical Condition Report on your home or business and advise you on how to maintain your electrical system in the future to keep it safe and in good condition. We can usually issue on the same day a PIR/EICR Certificate for home owners, landlords and small businesses, depending on the size of the premises. Larger businesses require a visual survey to assess how long the inspecting and testing will take.
